Free training!
We are pleased to offer two free half-day training sessions on Tuesday 3rd August and Wednesday 15th September at our London Office in Hanover Square. These sessions will cover the basics of using TRAVL and best practice, including a practical session. Due to high demand, we can offer only one place to each subscribing organisation or Borough, and any additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list. Please visit the ‘User Training’ page of our website to book onto one of the training sessions

New Subscription Year 2010/11
Ownership of TRAVL has transferred from London Councils to Transport for London. We hope this will allow for greater integration with other data sources, helping to ensure a greater range of information is available to you. We will be working closely with TfL to improve the system further to ensure TRAVL offers the best service to its customers.

The new subscription year started on 1st April 2010. To subscribe to TRAVL please complete an order form and return it to us at travl@mvaconsultancy.com

The new version (8.12) is now available and includes:
  • 30 new surveys to the database, covering a wide range of land uses;
  • Direct ‘Export to Excel’ and ‘Export to PDF’ button within the ‘Reports’ area of the database
  • ‘Export to JPEG’ button for the GIS function
  • Data presentation improvements in Excel to become more user-friendly
  • Photographs are now available for many of our more recent surveys.
  • iTRACE integration enhancements and improved data segregation.
Along with TfL, we are committed to ensuring a minimum of 25 new surveys are added to the database each year and welcome suggestions for new sites to survey. This year we will be investigating ways to improve the functionality and the user friendliness of TRAVL, along with data relevance, quantity and quality.
