Cost to Subscribe From 1st April 2009

Consultants:

Annual Primary License £2,650+VAT

Annual Secondary License £1,295+VAT

A £750+VAT joining fee is payable per organisation for the first year of subscription. If membership is broken the first year joining fee will be applied if the organisation wishes to re-subscribe.

All copies of the database will expire at the end of the financial year (end March). For new subscribers the cost will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date of delivery until the end of the financial year. Orders received close to the end of the financial year will be calculated taking the end of the following financial year as the expiry date.

Additional Licenses:

Additional License may be purchased to install one copy of the software on one machine at the same site as an Annual License. For each additional copy the following one-off charges apply:

Additional License £150+VAT

Licensing

Subject To Change:

The TRAVL license is for a single seat/single installation because of the GIS associated licensing arrangement. If TRAVL is required to be installed and operating on more than one machine at a site/office, then an Additional License should be purchased.

MVA will from time to time make checks on the number of installations made to ensure that use and licensing payments conform.
