Cost to Subscribe From 1st April 2008

Consultants:

Annual Primary License £2,550+VAT

Annual Secondary License £1,195 + VAT

A £750 + VAT joining fee is payable once per organisation and in the first year only.

All copies of the database will expire at the end of the financial year (end March). The cost will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date of delivery until the end of the financial year. Orders received close to the end of the financial year will be calculated taking the end of the following financial year as the expiry date.

For each additional copy, at a registered site, there is a one-off charge of £140.

At least one update will be undertaken during each financial year, including any subsequent amendments or additions to the TRAVL data and programmes.

Licensing

Subject To Change:

The TRAVL license is for a single seat/single installation because of the GIS associated licensing arrangement. If TRAVL is required to be installed and operating on more than one machine at a site/office, then a one off charge of £140 + vat per seat/installation is also payable to cover the GIS license.

MVA will from time to time make checks on the number of installations made to ensure that use and licensing payments conform.
